Hello, I am seeking information on the LAUGHLIN family who lived in Aurora around 1870. I do have an 1870 census that shows Lot as the head of the family, as well as his wife, Mary and two of their children. It appears that Mary's mother also lives with them (Sarah INGLESBY) as well as Mary's brother, Peter. The family is still there in 1880, with the exception of Mary's mother and brother. The children listed in 1880 are John, Thomas, Francis, James, Mary and Joseph P. (who is my ancestor). Lot's death certificate states that he was born in Ireland on 3 Dec. 1834- and that he died on 10 May 1921. Mary Ann, his wife, was born in Lockport, NY on 26 Jan 1842 and she died 19 May 1921.
