Can anyone tell me how to find the birth records of Portage Co. for 1805? Were there any? Searching for Joseph Bradford, b. 1807, son of Moses and Anna Ward Bradford. They had 11 children. The first 3 thought to be born in Portage Co., OH. The rest in Hocking Co., OH. Birth & Death records didn't start until 1867 in State of Ohio !! You'll have to get the Birth date out of a bible or off a Tombstone that early !!
