Greetings, Can anyone tell me if there is an "Old Home Week" celebration anywhere in Portage County? I just received a photo of my great grandparents, David & Martha (Evans) Powers sitting on a porch in front of an American Flag with a banner which is partly showing the words Old Home Week.
