There is a Jacob Blair listed in the Portage Co Cemetery Book Vol. 3 1802-1992 for Mantua Twp/Mantua Village. He is buried in the Pioneer Cemetery(Sanford Cemetery) at the intersection of Pioneer Trail and Mantua Center Roads. There are other Blair Family members near the Blair-Patterson Monument. The stone says "In memory of Mr. Jacob Blair who departed this life Apr 9, 1807 in the 33rd year of his age. Killed by a fall from a building.
