I find a Jacob Blair marriage to Mary Ann Bierce 10 March 1936 in the Portage Co Ohio Marriage Book 1808-1850. Volume 1. There are other Blair surnames, too. 10 men and 24 women. There is also a Jacob Blair marriage to Charlotte Flemmings 26 July 1857 in the Portage Co Ohio Marriage Book 1851-1899. Volume 2. Other Blair surnames--13 men and 18 women. This is not a line of mine.
