What have you got on your Howard Davis? I've got a Howard Davis reference who died in 1901 in Alliance. I'm unsure if he was a great uncle or a great-great uncle. I just have a listing in a great aunt's Bible for his death with no relationship indicated (was he her brother or uncle?) The only additional information she noted was that he was "Catholic."
