    3. Dennis, I have 3 books on the THAYER surname - did a check and found a "Henry F. THAYER that married a Margaret_________, 17 April, 1865, by Rev. G. Baldwin, and settled in Troy city, N.Y. Tin smith by trade." If this fits can take the THAYER back to England 1600s. Hello Cousins and other (Hopefully) interested people, I have just uploaded a GEDCOM to the RootsWeb World Connect web site http://worldconnect.genealogy.rootsweb.com/ containing a little over 3,000 people from my database. Just enter my name or search for Beight or Baith. Please remember two things, this is very much a work in progress so there are probably errors and incorrect assumptions made. I welcome any corrections or comments. I would also appreciate any additional information on any of these lines or other lines that tie into them. The other thing is that this is only a portion of my database, I am approaching 20,000 individuals to date. Many of these people are in Portage, Columbiana and Mahoning counties in Ohio but others are in many other areas.
