Mr. & Mrs. Ira Strong, he 76, joined 1922 resided Kent, and she was 56. since your Williams was such an early resident, would you be interested in the First Settlers of Portage County? The Portage County Chapter of OGS, has just started this for anyone who can prove there ancestor resided here prior to 1840. If you are interested I can send you the information.

Harrison married Belinda MCREARY and they had five daughters including my grandmother Zada May HENRY b 1874. Zada's second marriage was to H.H. MCCOLLUM b 1857 in Bracken Co., KY. I have a copy of a genealogy prepared by Dora Henry (Oren's daughter). It may be interesting to trade notes. I would be interested in more information concerning the Pioneer Association. My ancestors include William Augustus Strong who migrated to Atwater in 1806, Lazarus, Hartzell, and others who were in Ohio fairly early.
