I am researching three people who I believe to be siblings: (1) John J. Bell, my ggg-grandfather, born in OH on Jan. 1821, died in Guthrie Co, IA on Mar. 26, 1878. John married Sarah A. Kelley in Pickaway Co, OH on Dec 10, 1841. (2) Hannah (Bell) Hardy, sister of John, born in OH on Jan. 11, 1821, died in Madison Co, IA on Jul. 7, 1906. Hannah married James W. Hardy. Hannah and John may have been twins. (3) Abner Bell, Jr., brother of John, born in Pickaway Co, OH on May 28, 1829, died in Madison Co, IA on Aug 12, 1921. Abner married Mary Jane Cronley. I believe John, Hannah and Abner are the children of Abner Bell and Mercy Smith who were both born in Virginia and died in Madison County, Iowa.
