Seeking information on Charles A. KOCH, b. 1848 in Germany. Married to Mary SNYDER (SCHNEIDER). Marriage license found in Ross Co. but I found him in the 1880 census in Deer Creek Twp., Pickaway Co. I have also found a legal paper that states he died in 1887. Cannot find a death record in Ross Co. Any information would be appreciated.
