There my mother had written : Ananias Rogers , lived in Delaware, was a farmer and had taught school. Rumored to be a cousin of Commodore Rogers, who left the service of England to take charge of the American fleet(war of 1812?). After the war settled in Delaware.He was married to Anna Gordy.By the name Rogers she has written..Sam Neph served in the civil war.
