Hi Ruth...I am unable to get to my FTM records at present(techie difficulties) but as soon as I get it corrected,if I remember, I will take a look for you with Rachel in mind.Many children seemed to leave HENRY RUSH'S family in Pickaway County and I remember that he died in 1815...That may be a place to look for her birth.
