BELL, Tim MOGAN and Sam GROOM went to Lancaster Tuesday to appear before the grand jury as witnesses in the case of John SHEEHAN, alias HAFEY, and Charles JACKSON, who are accused of stealing wheat from the farm of Dr. SHAEFFER last August and were arrested in this city at the Bales elevator where they were trying to dispose of it.
