    1. [OHPICKAW] Searching for Tracy
    2. Lund
    3. I am new to the list. I'm searching for Tracy family members and where in Ireland they may have come from. Thomas Tracy married Julia Mullane, Circleville marriage license, marriage took place at St Joseph Catholic Church January 1860; record/license dated 1-5-1860; church ceremony dated 1-7-1860. Found this info from the Marriage Records Pickaway County 1810-1862, Pickaway County Historical Society. I am especially interested in how and why Irish families came to Circleville at this particular time. Can anyone share information or send me on to other resource/s? Pat Tracy Lund

    3. That probably means that if there is any historical info in a county history, it would be a Fairfield County history rather than Pickaway. Thank you very much for letting me know. 2. Robert, If memory serves me correctly, we used to live right next to the Turkey Run Church. It is on Route 188 (going East) just past the intersection of Rtes 188 and 674. Goes back a lane...and I believe they hold church once a month there. When we lived in that house, we had an Amanda extension for our phone number, but was Teays Valley Schools. Hope I helped....Good Luck! Marylou Hill

    2. John A. Clayton
    3. Greetings,, I am researching Dreisbach/Dresbach ancestors. I am looking for those who are doing the same surname and wondered if you had some photos that you may be able to share copies of, of your Dreisbach ancestors. Of course I would pay for photo copies and postage. Or would you know of where there may be some photo's of these ancestors. ? Since these ancestors are mentioned often in histories of Pickaway county, would there be other pic's of their farms, church etc. ?Thank you so much for responding. Have a great day. 1. [OHPICKAW] Pickaway Cty Probate Records for BAILEY
    2. Matt and Pam Cook
    3. Can anyone help me regarding probate records? I'm looking for information on a George Bailey and his wife Nancy. Information I have shows that George Bailey died in Pickaway County in 1826 and Nancy died in 1820. Unfortunately, death records apparently were not kept prior to 1867. Can someone tell me if the county has probate records back that far and what the process is to obtain copies? He may have had a son by the name of William Bailey. They definitely had a daughter Sarah "Sally" Bailey that married John Cook abt 1800 in MD and moved with George and Nancy Bailey to OH. Appreciate any help, Matthew Cook (COOK, GODFREY, BAILEY)

    3. Hi Bee, This information is exciting. Ananias Rogers married Anna VANCE GORDY. (I had given her name before as Anna Gordy Vance.) Her maiden name was Vance. She married Elisha GORDY. When he died 13 Feb 1823, he left two children: Infant Elisha and Sally Gordy. Do you have anything on them SPRAGUE: Elonzo "Lou" Sprague married Anna Maria Rogers, dau of Ananias and Anna Rogers. Yes, I think we need to follow up on emails to each other; however, first I wanted to get Anna Vance Gordy Rogers name corrected. Looking forward to exchanging a lot more information.
