List, Just to let you know, I've asked Marylou NOT to send personal advertisements to our list. I believe it could very well have been an honest mistake. If you hit reply to an email addressed to OHPICKAW-L@rootsweb.com, your reply will go to the whole list. You have to manually type in someone's personal email address or copy and paste it in to converse with someone in person. We need to be sure we are only sending historical and genealogical information to the list members. Thank you, Rachel Meyer Queenbasket@aol.com wrote: > > Debbie, > > Here's my number and address. Hi Ruth...I am unable to get to my FTM records at present(techie difficulties) but as soon as I get it corrected,if I remember, I will take a look for you with Rachel in mind. Many children seemed to leave HENRY RUSH'S family in Pickaway County and I remember that he died in 1815...That may be a place to look for her birth. The boys seemed to travel toward Darke County...at one time there were 4 for sure in Darke co.Jim ----- Original Message ----- From: <ruth_e_hill@juno.com> To: <OHPICKAW-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, September 29, 2000 5:24 PM Subject: Re: [OHPICKAW] Wm. I understand that he left a will and I would like to know where I might be able to obtain a copy of it. Also I would like to know what newspapers were in publication during that period so I can obtain a copy of his obit notice. His name was George Moomey. It might have been spelled Mumma, Mumme, Mume, Mumaw or Moomie. His wife name was Barbara. She died in Hankcock County on Jume 26, 1859. I will check that mailing list for her. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Avie P.S. Maybe I should add that he was born in PA in 1792. I do not know his parents name.

I do not have a clue yet as to who Margaret Rienhart/Rinehart's parents were. Her maiden name may have been something else? She purchased some land in Pickaway county in 1813. Robert A. My 4th great grandfather was James Rice who left Frederick County, Maryland and settled in Montgomery County Ohio in the early 1830's. James had a sister Jemima Rice Kellenberger who settled in Pickaway County around the same time frame. Jemima married George Kellenberger. Both passed away in the 1860's. I would like to get in touch with anyone who may be related or researching this line. Thank you, Dick Rice
Hello List, I am desperately searching for any McGHEE descendents who may still be living in Pickaway County. I am unable to find any more information on my ancestors and my only hope appears to be family records. If anyone knows of anyone researching this surname, please respond. Thanks! Sharon
I am looking for a lady that I was in contact with about Anderson's buried in the Jackson TWP cemetery in Pickaway Co., OH Please contact me. Joyce
My Rinehart's did not come to Ohio until after 1850. They came here from Green CO. PA They came to the US from Palentine Germany through PA moved to Maryland and back to PA. The first one here was Johannes Thomas Reinhart/Thomas Johann Reinhart. I branch from his son Simon, Simon's son Simon, then Asa (who moved to Ross Co.), his son John, his son Clarence, then Robert, to the present. There are several Margaret's in our line. The Thomas I mentioned above had a son named Thomas born about in Frederick Co Md. who married Hannah Inghram. They had a daughter named Margaret Reinhart but she married Shadrick Mitchell. John married Margaret Inghram. She could have came for this line. Do you know who her parents are? --- "Robert A.
