They were the parents of Mary, Robert, Thomas, Frances, Sarah, Eugenie, and George E. The family lived near Somerset, Ohio and were early members of St. Joseph's Church. The younger George married Gertrude Goode, Robert married Catherine McShane, Thomas married Ellen Gilligan, Frances married Thomas Downey, and Eugenie married Alban S. Starner.
