    3. Am looking for marriage record for James Higgins, b. c. 1783 in Ireland. Is listed in 1840 census of Perry Co., Clayton Twp. Also in 1850, and 1860 when he was 77. Census hard to read. Wife not living in 1850 census. Believe his son James Higgins m. Hannah Iliff in Perry Co., Ohio.

    3. A James Higgins married Ellen McManame 1847 Book 2-3 page 166 but this could also be the son.
