Hi Baba - No luck in finding a marriage listed in my Perry County Marriage book between Eli "Joseph" GRAVES and a Rosa "Rosy" M. I looked during the time period you asked (although the book stops at 1914) and found no reference. Perhaps they married in a neighboring county where the bride lived. I also looked under "Groves", just in case of a misspelling. I also checked my Perry County Early Death Records and found no Eli or Rosa Graves recorded there, either.
