It won't tell you the parents unless they were underage. Ohio didn't start asking for parents until 1906 or so. Can't remember the exact date. At least we're lucky with the marriages. Some states (PA ie) didn't record marriages until the 1900s. I would take a look at the 1830 Perry census and see if any Hulls and Cochrans lived near each other. That wouldn't be conclusive of course but it might give you a clue.
