Sheila, Sorry I did not explain myself fully. These tax records are on microfilms that have been filmed by the Morman church and you can view the films at various libraries that they have around the country or at their main library in Salt Lake City. I usually order films into the local Mormon library (cost is about $3.50) but was lucky enough to go to Salt Lake City in March with several friends and researched at the main library for 2 weeks. Most larger towns have a Mormon church and could have a Family History Center where you can order these films. There also is online the Family History Library Catalog plus lots of info about their collections.
