I am researching the George McCabe family. George McCabe (born about 1849) married Sarah Johnson in Vinton Co. in 1870. By 1880 They were living with their children in Jackson Co. Sarah died later that decade, and then George married Mary Nance about 1887-88. In 1890, they had one child, Charles Ellsworth McCabe. They were listed in the Jackson Co. census records through 1900. In 1810, the George and Mary had moved to Muskingum Co., living close to George's son, Frank and his family. About 1916, Mary died, and in 1920, George was living with Charles and his family in Reading Twp., Perry Co. George died in Perry Co. in 1937, and apparently buried in Muskingum Co.
