Buck, 91, of Thornville, Ohio (Perry County) died early Saturday morning, December 22, 2012, in Thornville, following an extended illness. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on May 16, 1921, the daughter of the late Albert and Lena Zeallear. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Spence of Thornville, Ohio, 2 grandchildren John (Patricia) Spence and Katrina Russell; 4 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters Doris (Wendell) Lantto, Annabelle Paul and Betty Williams; all of Columbus along with many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until the time of Funeral Services at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday. A funeral service, to celebrate the life of Virginia C. Buck will be held at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, December 26, 2012, at the Thornville home of The HOSKINSON-SCHOEDINGER Funeral & Cremation Service.
