    3. I don't know Chris or his family, but I do have a SKINNER connection. (Who in Perry County doesn't?!) Mine is William Harrison SKINNER (1809-1850) and Matilda DEBOLT (1813-after 1886). There children were: Stephen Leroy (1833-1913) m. Marietta WILLEY Lucinda Mary (1835-1852) Amaretta (1837- ) m. Salathiel SKINNER Robert Matier (1839- ) m. Rebecca McCASKEY George Austin (1841-1920) m. Susan ORR John William (1844-1844) m. William Artillias (1845-1919) m.
