Does anyone know who the Mrs. C. T. Daugherty was that is mentioned in the e-mail below? My great-great-grandmother was Phoebe Daugherty who married Jesse McLaughlin. They came from Rockingham Co., VA and lived in Perry and Hocking Counties. Don't know whether their parents migrated to Ohio with them or not and don't know their parents' names.
