The Ohio Historical Society has an index of what papers were published in Ohio - you can search by title, date, county, etc. The search form is here: http://dbs.ohiohistory.org/newspaper/home.cfm You can obtain microfilm via inter-library loan for a nominal fee (the last time I did this, it was $3.00.) When it arrives at your local library, you can usually use it only in-library, but they'll keep it for you if you need it more than one day.
