Dave, I am related to Wiseman's in Perry County...Margaret (Maggie) Wiseman was my ggrandmother. She was born in 1873 and married a Holcomb. Her fathers name was William and her mother was Sophronia. She had brothers John and William, and Sisters..Harriet, Virginia. Her Mom and Dad were from Virginia. I think these Wiseman's might have been Jewish, but I don't know and would love to find out.
