    1. [OHPERRY] Sarah Ann Wilson Carpenter
    2. >Re: OHPERRY-D Digest V01 #115 >Do you have any information about the parents of Sarah Ann Wilson Carpenter? Sarah Ann Wilson's mother was Mary Jane WILSON. Mary Jane Wilson came to America (from England?) @ 1850, with hew parents: George and Margaret WILSON. She delivered twins Sarah Ann and George on October 11th, 1873, in Cambridge, Ohio (guernsey County). Mary named her daughter after her sister (Sarah Ann Wilson) and her son after her father (George). Mary was apparently not married or she was divorced..we don't know...but the twins went by Wilson mostly...and sometimes Sarah went by CARPENTER..but we don't know why. Mary Jane m. John McLEAN and her daughter Sarah Ann later married John's younger brother ADAM McLEAN. http://oorg.bizland.com/McLeanDescendants.htm Hope that helps you. As a side note: The FATHER, George Wilson, applied and signed for BOTH his daughter's marriage certificates the same day (sisters: Mary Jane and Sarah Ann) Julie North JEWEL8118@aol.com
