Hezekiah's father was, I suspect Hezekiah PHELPS Sr. (b. ca 1750 in CT) (no marriage information), son of John PHELPS (b. 1729 in CT; d. ca 1840 & buried in Old Stafford Street Cemetery, Stafford, CT) m. to Mary RICHARDSON (no further information).
