Could some-one advise me please! I have my g-grandfather's (George Tinkler) "naturalization record" it was filed in Perry Co Oct 15, 1886. I have been trying to locate his "declaration of intent" which appears to have been filed in Perry Co Aug 21, 1884. Pery Co said they don't have it--it was filed in Licking Co--Licking Co says no! But according to one of the filings it was Perry Co & signed by Judge Frank Kelly. Any ideas what or where to go from here? Thank You, Christy Peacock christy_cands@webtv.net
