Hi Charlie, Actually, we have corresponded twice before on the Joneses. I don't see any connection on the JONES side at all. I have Owen (b. 1828) and Harriett (b. 1827) JONES who came from Wales, settled in Pomeroy in Meigs County, and then went to Shawnee in about 1872. I also had David JONES, a coal miner from Wales, who was in the New Straitsville census in 1880. I agree with your earlier assessment that we don't seem to have a connection. Regarding the PRICE surname, Harriett PRICE JONES was Owen's wife ...
