HI I don't seem to get any response to this, but I'm going to try again. I'm looking for the parents of Charles Lisamore Carrigan. he was born in Perry County in Dec. of 1869. I do have some information that he may have moved to West Virginia with his mother, Ellen and two sisters when he was only nine years old and then came back to Perry County when he was old enough to leave home. He married Eliza Jane Search on Oct. 15, 1891. They lived in Corning (Mingo Junction) when they were married. They are both buried in Dew Cemetary. I don't know if cemetary records would have his parents listed or not. I would appreciate it very much if someone could find out for me. I really need help on this. I do still have reletives in Perry and Athens counties, but they know less than I do. My uncle Frank Carrigan was once the sherriff of Perry County, many years ago.
