HI again. I was told I should see if someone out there could do a census look-up for me, so I'm asking. Make that begging! I'm looking for Charles Lisamore Carrigan's parents. Charles was born in 1869 in Perry County. His mothers name was Ellen. he may have had two sisters names Cora A. and Minnie T. I'm told Charles' father was either James or Patrick. They may have also spelled their name Caragan at that time. I would also appreciate it if someone could do a look-up for Charles' birth records, if there are any. He was born Dec. 22, 1869.
