Hi everyone. I'm trying to find any birth records for Charles Lisamore Carrigan. He was born Dec. 9, 1869 in either Perry or Athens county. His name may have been spelled with a "K" or Caragan. His fathers name was James or Patrick and his mothers name was Ellen. I don't know her maiden name. Charles died March 22. 1952 and is buried in Dew Cemetary with his wife Eliza. I'm trying to find out more on his parents. Would cemetary records tell who they were? If so, I need to know who keeps the records for Dew Cemetary and how to get hold of them.
