Have a great deal of info on the HOY family, but have hit somewhat of a brick wall with Suzanna (HOY) & David BOWMAN. She was born 1836 in Perry Co., d/o John Stace & Margaret (GORDON) HOY. David was born ca 1835 in OH, according to census records. In the 1880 census, I have found them in Humboldt, Coles Co., IL, but have no death dates, burial places or even if they had any children.
