Hi, I was just there about 2 weeks ago. They are great, you can get births and deaths at the Health Department, for $.25 each, they are in books and indexed by surname starting in 1908-now. The court house ladies are just as nice, marriages are $.75 each page. As far as lodging, you might consider Zanesville, there is only one hotel in Perry Co., and from what everyone tells me, it isn't worth staying there. Have fun, Kyle
