    3. Does anyone know where to find Clayton Twp in Perry Co. census (Ancestry.com) in 1900? Did this Twp. even exist? I have found my ancestor in 1910 and 1920 in Clayton Twp. I suspect she may have been there in 1900, but Ancestry does not show this twp in their township listings. I would have to search on every twp., and every page for her which would be a very slow process. If I remember correctly, Ancestry did not show Clayton Twp in one other census year, but fortunately I had the ED (obtained from Nat'l Archives soundex) and that's how I learned name of Twp. Lori

Does someone has cemetery records so I would know when she died. I could not find her name in the online death records for OH. It's possible she moved from OH. She had twins Arminta and Amelia Shumaker b 1872 from 1st marriage. Does anyone have twins with these names in their records? Lori

Chapel Hill, miner, cause of death - accident Those are all the Potts listed, Tony. We have corresponded via email before. I am from the Martha Lane Potts line. Her husband, Thomas Potts, is incorrectly listed in many sources online as dying in 1869. That is not possible as he had many children after that. That is the year he married Martha, his second wife. As you can see from these records, when Martha died in 1902, she was listed as being married. Therefore, Thomas was still alive, although very old, having been born around 1825. I wrote to the probate court in Perry County and also the Perry Co. heath dept. No one has any record of him dying. I'm thinking maybe after Martha died, he went to live with one of his children and perhaps died in another county. Do you have any ideas or do you know anything about him? Hope this list can help you in some way. Lea Ann _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp
