I see an uncle of my Divver named David Divver McMillen born Nov 17, 1802, died Jan 16 1883 in West Carlisle, Coshocton Co, OH. Their parents are James McMillen and Jane Bell who came from Washington Co, PA and moved to Muskingum Co after they were married about 1786. Could David Divver be your ancestor?
