Mary was born 1812 in Mukingum County--her mother was alledgely a Tunis--absolutely no proof of this. Her husband named Tunis Johnson--may have had a Tunis connection due to his first name. Any help with this would be appreciated. Also was told there could be a Tunis--Sheppard connection. I am at a brick wall and live out of state. Any suggestions.
