I have a GG Grandfather named William Gist - I do not know if his middle name is wesley. He was from this area of Ohio. I grew up knowing his name because of a big framed picture in my grandparents house, but I don't remember which side of their families he was from. He was from my father's side of the family: their names were Boone and Buchanan also from that area. I was looking at this thread searching for my mother's family last name McGee.
