SMITH Lem L. Smith, 79, of Canton, a former Zanesville resident, died unexpectedly Friday morning at his home. Although he had been in failing health, his condition had not been serious and he was found dead in the yard of his residence. He is survived by his widow, Carrie, and a brother, Ben R.
