I found a list of people from my HART family who filed Declarations of Intent in Muskingham County ( Zanesville I believe). On that list were my great grandfather and several of his brothers, After 1853 the brothers moved to Brown County, Wisconsin and I have not found any Naturalization papers in the library there: This is information found at the Genealogy Library at our Milwaukee Irish Cultural Center: Patrick Hart Ohio 1853 Declaration of Intent 2901.1 Source Hargrove, Sylvia Smedly and Hilda E. There was another brother Peter Hart but I did not see his name in this article. There is also a note Order Microfilm 6099968. Do you know what that means?
