Campbell age 19 is living with Thomas Campbell age 39 and his family. ALso in the household is Sarah Campbell age 21 and Archibald Campbell age 69 b IRE. Apparently Archibald's wife died between the 1840 census where she appears to be listed and the 1850 census. While not a sure thing it gives you some names to explore.
