I was just doing some research concerning him today with deeds. The land on which I live was first entered by John Kelly in 1811. He sold it to Henry Condrade, on whom I have done more research, twenty years later in 1831. We live in that ancient house I know Henry occupied, as it's easily dated to the 1830s by the style and carpentry but may actually have been built by John Kelly himself. There certainly is a Rich Hill as I remember tracing some of my family to that area. There are researchers here in Muskingum who are a lot more familiar with the cemeteries and their locations than I, so I am sure one will come to help you. If not, I'll look into it for you. I don't remember seeing that John obtained this through the Script Warren Act, but think it was a cash entry. I am interested in this person also.
