Would like to see what you have on Valentine. There is a lot of disinformation on him I just want to make sure what you have is accurate and if possibly you have something I don't. I've been trying for years to make sure everyone knows that Valentine Scheurer/Shirrar/Shirer was not the son of John Shirer of Somerset Co., PA. and not the brother to Peter Shirer, John's son as has been recorded by other researchers including one of his descendants, Ara Shirar.
