As I'm sure you are well aware, those answering requests at the Library are all volunteers and sometimes requests slip through the cracks. I am sorry that you had problems in getting what you needed and will try to help. To clarify, the documents you are looking for are related to the lawsuit filed by Elisha Collins. I will be in the library tomorrow and will look for the book Margaret Stainbrook wrote about the Collins family. If I can not find the documents you need in that book, then it may take me a couple of days to get to the courthouse and locate them. The person who brought this to my attention also remembered seeing an envelope with the name Ben written on it at one time. If it is still there, the search will be much shorter.
