His father is buried at Asbury cemetery and I have gone there several times to "visit" and my grandma his daughter Darlene (shiplett) Grimm is still living and ive heard her talk about martin. My grandpa died in 97 I believe. He had Parkinson disease and he was a kind gentle man. William Shiplett my great grandpa x4 is in a picture on my wall along side his musket and sword from the war.
