I haven't made any progress with this case recently, and my first question would be Are there any records at the courthouse for an intestate administration, which was administered in the probate court? The settlement was recorded in the July term of 1835, and I dont have any information as to where it was recorded - no book # etc The LDS filming of inventories has a gap from 1832 to 1836 - hmm I see the books that they filmed are at Athens OH And I dont see anything else appropriate that they have filmed! What I have, from the filmed probate docket is: April term 1831 Thomas Moody deceased, case No. 1009 April 22 1831 Chauncey Ford appointed admn of the estate of Thos Moody dec. bond in $400 James Little & Robert Allen securities: bond executed, letters issued (273); Nov term 1834 one year allowed (341); April term 1835, settlement filed and continued (411); July Term 1835, Settlement accepted and ordered to be recorded (459) There is essentially no extra information at the other page/docket numbers Anyhow, if you have or can obtain any information, have any suggestions I would be very grateful, would reimburse all expenses etc On the other hand, if this seems like a totally unreasonable request please say so! Catherine died in 1887 and then he married Lydia (Donat) Bissicomer (sp?). I found this info on the Indiana Gen Web Proj. webside under Noble Co. I think there is a strong possibility that this James may be a brother to the John Hamilton that I believe is a direct relative of mine. John and James were both born in Pa., moved to ohio, and then onto Noble Co. in Indiana. And they both appeared to have married a Morrow. John (Elizabeth Morrow) and James (Catherine Morrow). I submitted my DAR supplemental application on him. I have a Johnstown Genealogy Society Lambert-Lake-Robinson Cemetery report showing the following Robinsons buried there: Phebe - wife of Benjamin (Max's son) Susan E Benjamin A. died 1836 at 3 yrs Benjamin A d.1837 Susan E Lucinda Sain (wife of Max) Max (mentions rev war and origins of Fauquier Co., VA) Inf.     1. [OHMUSKIN] Lookup please; 1844 Admin Docket B (film 865159)

    3. My local LDS FHC does not have this film (#865159). Please, if someone has it easily available and has the time, a lookup of this item would be a great help: James DONNELLY in Administration Docket B, p.190, c2185 (1844) (The source of this item was "Ohio Wills and Estates to 1850: An Index," by Carol Willsey Bell.) I don't know what the item will look like on the film. However, I would be glad to pay any copy costs. Is there a way to obtain this information electronically? I recently discovered this James DONNELLY and possible death year of 1844. His estate is in a county (Muskingum) that I'd previously not researched. However, I am hoping that he is the same man who left a wife and family about 1842-44 (with last child born 1843) who were in the 1850 census of Hanover Twp, Ashland Co, OH and in the 1860+ censuses of Mount Vernon, Knox Co, OH. They possibly came from Washington County, New York around 1840-1841. This has been a brick wall because I did not have a name for the male DONNELLY (born in New York rather than Ireland) who left this large family. So your help is greatly appreciated. Timothy Hayes officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Newark, Ohio Suzanna, a parishioner of the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, died Tuesday, Sept. 4, 2007, at the Selma Markowitz Care Center., Newark. She was born Jan. 9, 1925, in Roseville, Ohio to the late Noble and Elizabeth (Allen) Cosgrave. Suzanna was the owner and operator of Suzie's Ceramics and a member of the Owens 25 Year Club and the Marinettes. Suzanna is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wilfred "Homer" Jones, of the home; her son and daughter-in-law, Alan and Connie Jones, of Newark; two grandchildren and their spouses, Troy and Serena Jones, and Jeremy and Kimberly Jones; four great-grandchildren, Abigail, Camden, Chase, and Lance; her brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Rowena Cosgrave, of Zanesville, Ohio; her sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie Bushue, of Somerset; Ohio and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Suzanna was preceded in death by her brother, Warren Cosgrave; and her sister, Audrey McConnel.
