Glad to see some action on the list. I'm going to throw out one of my Morgan families and see if any of you can add to the mix. They lived for the most part in the area that became Noble Co. Samuel HALLEY (1783-1844) and Sarah WARTENBE (1789-1841) were married about 1811 location unknown. Samuel served in the war of 1812. They had : 1) William (1813-1864) married Debra BOND in 1833; had Mary, Samuel, John, Wm, Eliza, Lucy 2) Emily (b 1815-1820) married a DENNIS had Sarah, Samuel, David, Susannah 3) John may have married Mary SHANNON and had at least James 4) Samuel Jr (-1845) no issue 5) Nathaniel (1815-?) married Talitha LUKENS in Morgan Co 15 jan 1835, moved to Defiance Co and then Iowa had Levi G [my line], Sarah, Joseph W, Mary J, Martha, Elnora 6) Susan(1816-1842) married Andrew CRAMBLET; had William, John, Samuel, Sarah Ann. and 7) Joseph (1823-1844) no issue As you can see 1841-45 were tough years for the family I'd love to hear from anyone connected with this family or other Halleys in the area.
