    2. The next term of the public schools of McConnelsville will begin on Monday, September 8th 1873. Foreign pupils are admitted to the schools on the following terms: Primary and Intermediate Departments, $1.25 per month; Grammar Department, $1.50 per month; High School Department, $2.00 per month; payable in advance. For the information and guidance of parents, the classification of pupils in the High School is presented: Class of 1874 Misses Hattie Eberlein, Lydia Shepard, Clara Roland, Belle Bozman, Ada Doudna, and Mr. George Scott. Class of 1875 Misses Lizzie Adair, Hettie Merriam, Carrie Spence, Clara Hahn, Linnie Shaffer, Frankie Stedman, Mary Roberts, Hattie Roberts, Alice Hammond, and Mr. Everett Brent. Class of 1876 Masters Willie Buchanan, Frank Doudna, Lewis McMurray, Abner Pinkerton, Miss Gazel Hall. Class of 1877 Masters Washington, McConnell, Frank Beckwith, Willie Cheadle, Archie Hammond, Freddie Barker, Willie Pinkerton, Willie Sprague, Kenneth Wood, Mellie Brown, and Misses Mary Ralston, Flora Hamilton, Hattie Patterson, and Sarah Sullings, and Mollie Hutchinson. The names of several students who, some time since, withdrew from School, do not appear in the classification. If parents can and will do their duty, not less than 75 to 90 per cent of the pupils named will graduate at the times specified. N. M. McLaughlin. Supt. Of Schools.
