    2. This list of “electors” in Morgan Twp., Morgan Co., Ohio appeared in the 23 Aug. 1872 issue of the McConnelsville Herald. I’m not clear if these were “ electors” who signed a petition of some kind or if it is a list of all who were eligible to vote on this railroad issue. (I included all men listed, but only part of the text on the issue itself.)
